Welcome to Healthy Harvester Garden Consultation! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

1. Services

Healthy Harvester Garden Consultation provides garden design, installation, and planting services for residential and commercial customers. Our services are tailored to help clients grow and harvest their own organic produce.

2. Booking and Payment

  •   A consultation fee may apply and must be paid before the scheduled visit.

  •   Full payment for design and installation services is due as agreed upon in the project proposal.

  •   Payment methods accepted: Cash, e-transfer

  •   Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  •   Consultation appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  •   Deposits for garden installations are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.

  •   Refunds or adjustments for incomplete projects are at our discretion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  •   Clients must provide accurate information regarding their garden space, soil conditions, and any restrictions.

  •   Clients are responsible for maintaining their garden after installation unless a maintenance plan is arranged separately.

  •   Healthy Harvester Garden Consultation is not liable for plant failure due to neglect, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Liability and Warranty

  •   We strive to use high-quality materials and plants, but we do not guarantee plant survival due to natural variables.

  •   Any defects in workmanship (such as improper installation) must be reported within 14 days for review and possible correction.

  •   We are not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances such as pests, extreme weather, or improper care.

6. Intellectual Property

  •   Any garden designs, plans, or recommendations provided remain the intellectual property of Healthy Harvester Garden Consultation and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Privacy Policy

  •   Any personal information collected during consultations is used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
